4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Classes and sessions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any class at any time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Participation in dance, acrobatic, tumbling, and movement programs involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, disability, or death. By participating in any Dance Extreme program, you voluntarily assume all risks. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Dance Extreme, its owners, employees, instructors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.
6. Health Disclaimer
Our programs involve physical activity. You should consult your physician before beginning any new physical activity program. Dance Extreme is not responsible for any injuries or health complications that may arise. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.
7. Payments and Refunds
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Tuition, class packages, and drop-in rates are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
8. Code of Conduct
All students, parents, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while on the premises. Dance Extreme reserves the right to refuse service or revoke enrollment to anyone who violates our code of conduct, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to the safety of others.
